Job summary

Academics are recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist school in Aylesbury for a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join their experienced multidisciplinary team from September 2026.

This permanent role offers the opportunity to work with children and young people with autism, SLCN and complex learning needs, delivering high-quality therapy in a supportive educational setting with regular clinical supervision and ongoing CPD.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification
• Be HCPC registered (or eligible for registration)

This is an excellent opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist to work within a supportive educational environment, helping pupils with Autism, speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), and a range of complex learning difficulties develop the communication skills they need to succeed both in school and beyond.

The Role

As a Speech and Language Therapist in Aylesbury, you will work closely with teachers, families and other professionals to deliver high-quality therapy and communication support across the school.

About You
