Join a leading community health provider in Bath as a Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist. This part-time role allows you to work flexibly while making a meaningful impact in the community by supporting adults with communication and swallowing difficulties. As a Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team of colleagues who are skilled, dedicated, passionate and dynamic, who excel at providing the highest quality of services to service users, while continually developing the service and improving standards. This is apart-time opportunity working 22.5 hours per week between Monday - Friday with the ability to negotiate which days work best for you. You will also have the opportunity to work flexibly from home on agreed days.
Your base will be Sulis Ward at St Martin's Hospital in Bath where we deliver Speech and Language Therapy Services to all adults over 18 years of age with a communication or swallowing difficulty.
This is a fixed term post until April 2026with the possibility of extension.
Being based in the beautiful city of Bath, working at St Martins Hospital means you will be a stones throw from the Royal Crescent, Roman Baths and beautiful countryside.

As a qualified Speech and Language Therapist, you will be part of our valued team in our Adult Speech and Language Therapy Community Service, receiving access to exclusive rewards and benefits including:
You will be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC registration and experience working in adults services; exposure to community experience would also be highly regarded.
You will have experience of working with service users who have dysphagia, and with conditions such as stroke and dementia.
