Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Speech Analyst to design, develop and maintain datasets, reports and dashboards that illuminate customer contact trends. You will translate business needs into insightful analytics using Tableau, Power BI and Snowflake, and collaborate with product managers, engineers and VUX teams to deliver Barclays-approved solutions.

You will transform complex data from customer interactions into actionable insights, supporting business performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong experience designing and developing insightful reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, and Databricks.
A solid understanding of data modelling and data relationships, including joins, relationships, and data blending within Tableau and Power BI.
Experience working with Amazon Connect Customer (AWS Connect).
Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
Proven experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, VUX teams, and business stakeholders to deliver dashboards that meet Barclays standards and business needs.

Responsibilities
