About the Role

First Response Group currently has vacancies for Spectator Safety Staff to join our event teams. We supply Spectator safety staff to various types of events, including sporting events, concerts in stadia/arenas, greenfield events, and corporate events across the local area.

We are seeking crowd safety stewards with NVQ 2 spectator safety qualifications.

As a spectator safety staff member, you will be responsible for creating a safe and enjoyable environment for event attendees, staff, and stakeholders. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of events while maintaining high safety and customer service standards.

  • Maintain order by managing crowds and ensuring compliance with event/ground regulations.
  • Act swiftly and professionally to resolve incidents or emergencies.
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security/stewarding presence.
  • Communicate effectively with event staff and your team for seamless operations.
