About the Role

First Response Group currently has vacancies for Spectator Safety Staff to join our event teams. We supply staff to various events, including sporting events, concerts, green field events, and corporate events across the local area.

We are seeking crowd safety stewards with NVQ 2 spectator safety qualifications.

As a spectator safety staff member, you will be responsible for creating a safe and enjoyable environment for attendees, staff, and stakeholders. Your duties include:

  • Managing crowds and ensuring compliance with event regulations.
  • Responding swiftly and professionally to incidents or emergencies.
  • Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and event staff.

We aim to ensure our teams have a positive working experience, maintaining high standards of safety and service.
