About the company

We are recruiting for a Senior Specifications Technologist to join an incredible FMCG business in North Wales.

This role has arisen due to company expansion. They have a people-focused culture and offer incredible products!

This is a Monday-Friday role with the opportunity for hybrid working.

The successful candidate

Will be engaging, dynamic, and have proven experience dealing with leading retailers. You will be collaborative and will support members of the specifications team.

Specifications Technologist - Responsibilities & Requirements

• Must have experience dealing with leading retailers
• Up-to-date knowledge of retailer requirements and codes of practice
• Supplier specification approval and onboarding
• Management and administration of retailer systems
• Reviewing and approving artwork design, content, CAD references, etc.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet tight turnaround times
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Flexible and adaptable approach to workload
• Confident in building and developing relationships
• Completing cross-check processes with the NPD team
• Involvement in pre- and post-launch reviews
