A leading electrical manufacturing company in the UK is seeking an experienced Specification Sales Manager to drive sales in the North West and West Midlands. The role involves selling electrical products, winning specifications with developers, and developing existing accounts. A competitive salary range of £45,000 – £50,000 plus OTE of £15,000 and other benefits such as a hybrid company car and pension contribution is offered.

• Experience selling Electrical / HVAC / interior or mechanical products into wholesalers / contractors.
• Candidates from branch management positions at electrical wholesalers are encouraged.
• Experience in selling to developers, housebuilders or specifiers is a plus.

Specification Sales Manager – Electrical Products

Area: North West and West Midlands

Role Overview

As Area Sales Manager you will be tasked with selling the company’s leading range of electrical products, winning specifications with regional developers, national house builders, M&E contractors and social housing / housing associations. You will develop existing accounts, introduce new product lines and open new accounts generating new specifications.

Candidate – Specification Sales Manager

• Experience selling Electrical / HVAC / interior or mechanical products into wholesalers / contractors
• Branch managers at electrical wholesalers looking to move to a leading electrical manufacturer
• Sold a different product category into developers, housebuilders or specifiers

Package on offer for the Area Sales Manager

• Up to £45,000 – £50,000 basic dependent on experience (£50k if you have a wealth of relatable industry experience)
• £15,000 OTE
• Hybrid company car
• 6% company contribution pension
• 25 days holiday plus statutory
