Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our Croydon team. You will support students with a range of individual needs, particularly those with Special Educational Needs, across a variety of schools.

This is a temporary, full-time role with an ASAP start and a typical working day from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The successful candidate will have experience with children and young people with SEN and up-to-date safeguarding training.

• Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year

Responsibilities

• Supporting students with SEN across different schools as part of a team

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with children and young people with SEN needs
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold the Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child-related references covering the last two years
