• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and encourage their confidence and independence.
• Support pupils with their social, emotional and behavioural development.

SEN Teaching Assistant – Croydon Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a permanent opportunity in a specialist school? Create Education are currently working with a fantastic SEN school in Croydon who are looking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

The school supports pupils with Autism (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing a structured, supportive and nurturing environment where pupils are encouraged to develop both academically and personally.

The school would ideally like to hear from candidates who already have experience working with children or young people with SEN, ASD or SEMH, although they are also keen to meet people who have the right attitude, resilience and passion for supporting young people.
