The role is based at Wythenshawe Hospital in Manchester and focuses on delivering high-quality care in a dynamic, supportive environment within the Ageing directorate.
You will work within a pioneering palliative care service, contributing to clinical duties, MDT meetings and patient-focused care, under supervision and with professional development
