Are you an outstanding Specialty or Associate Specialist Doctor looking for your next challenge in psychiatry and a competitive salary?

We are proud to offer a dynamic and enriching rotation programme for Specialty Doctors across our secure and non-secure services. These are niche, highly specialised pathways offering a broad and unique clinical experience.

In addition, our service provides valuable exposure to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), including both psychiatric intensive care units (PICU) and low secure wards. Doctors also gain experience in adult acute psychiatry and adult psychiatric intensive care, ensuring a well-rounded foundation across the lifespan.

Our rotation scheme is designed with training and development at its core. Specialty Doctors rotate annually within the service, enabling them to gain diverse experience across sub-specialties while being fully supported in their clinical and professional development.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic doctor who is committed to progressing toward higher training and ultimately a consultant role. You will benefit from a personalised development plan, strong clinical supervision, and a service-wide focus on reflective practice, learning, and continuous improvement.
