We have an exciting opportunity to join the Product Analytics team as a Specialty Analytics Manager, responsible for strategy alignment, development, and execution within Specialty Reinsurance. As a key member of the team, you will work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, underwriting, accumulation, reserving, capital management, performance, and pricing to deliver profitable growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, business acumen, and the ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks.

Your New Role

1. Liaise with the Global Product Head to ensure strategic alignment.
2. Support advising on strategic issues and transformation processes.
3. Provide technical expertise and insights for business decisions.
4. Lead product planning and prioritization, balancing goals and resources.
5. Ensure timely delivery of priorities with clear stakeholder communication.
6. Collaborate with underwriting, accumulation, reserving, capital management, performance, and pricing teams to develop comprehensive product knowledge.
7. Drive portfolio mix improvements with Portfolio Optimization.
8. Gather insights from cedants, brokers, competitors, and industry trends to inform decisions and identify opportunities and threats.
9. Define and monitor KPIs for product profitability and risk/return balance.
10. Establish systems and procedures for portfolio optimization.
11. Oversee pricing assumptions, methods, and tools for consistency and efficiency.
12. Lead pricing reviews and monitor business opportunities.

About You

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Significant experience in reinsurance, general insurance, actuarial services, or related fields.
• Experience working with senior management and industry professionals.
• Extensive data analysis, systems, and project experience in insurance.
• People leadership experience in the insurance sector.
• Relevant actuarial certifications (e.g., FCAS, FIA).
