About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Specialized Technician to join our ambitious team. This full-time role is perfect for a hands-on individual who thrives in the high-energy world of racing and is interested in autonomous vehicle technology. Your expertise will influence our performance on the track and the development of autonomous motorsports.

The position is based in Milton Keynes, UK, with frequent international travel for testing and racing events. Flexibility with work hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Management: Lead setup, maintenance, and track-side operations of autonomous race cars and electric vehicles.
• Mechanical Maintenance: Perform disassembly, inspection, optimization, and reassembly to ensure peak performance and safety.
• Track Operations: Manage vehicle operations during live sessions, including pit stops and setup adjustments.
• Logistics: Coordinate vehicle transport across Europe and internationally, working with the Technical Director.
• Workshop Management: Maintain an organized and efficient workshop environment.
• Safety: Follow safety regulations, flag protocols, and emergency procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Mechanical Skills: Knowledge of high-performance vehicle systems, suspension, tires, and optimization.
• Electronics: Basic understanding of advanced electronic systems like steer-by-wire and brake-by-wire, with experience in MoTeC systems.
• Motorsport Experience: At least 3 years in a professional racing environment.
• Technical Education: Diploma or certification in automotive or mechanical engineering.
• Adaptability: Interest in autonomous driving tech and innovation.
• Teamwork: Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Driver's License: Valid license required.
