About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Specialized Technician to join our team. This full-time role is perfect for a hands-on individual who thrives in the high-energy racing environment and is interested in autonomous vehicle technology. Your expertise will impact our performance on the track and the development of autonomous motorsports.

The position is based in Sint-Truiden, Belgium, with frequent international travel for testing and racing events. Flexibility with work hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Management: Lead setup, maintenance, and track-side operations of autonomous race cars and electric vehicles.
• Mechanical Maintenance: Perform disassembly, inspection, optimization, and reassembly to ensure safety and performance.
• Track Operations: Manage vehicle operations during live sessions, including pit stops and setup adjustments.
• Logistics: Coordinate vehicle transport across Europe and internationally, working with the Technical Director.
• Workshop Management: Maintain an organized workshop for vehicle prep and maintenance.
• Safety: Follow safety regulations and protocols, including flag signals and emergency procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Mechanical Knowledge: Understand high-performance vehicle systems, suspension, tires, and tuning.
• Electronics Skills: Basic knowledge of advanced systems like steer-by-wire, brake-by-wire, and MoTeC.
• Motorsport Experience: At least 3 years in a professional racing environment.
• Educational Qualification: Diploma or certification in automotive or mechanical engineering.
• Adaptability: Interest in autonomous driving tech and innovation in racing.
• Teamwork and Communication: Strong collaborative skills.
• Driving License: Valid driver's license.
