About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Specialized Technician to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on individual who thrives in the high-energy world of racing and autonomous vehicle technology. Your expertise will impact our performance on the track and the development of autonomous motorsports.

The position is based in Dartford, UK, with frequent international travel for testing and racing events. Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Management: Lead setup, maintenance, and track-side operations of autonomous race cars and electric vehicles.
• Mechanical Tasks: Perform disassembly, inspection, optimization, and reassembly to ensure peak performance and safety.
• Track Operations: Manage vehicle operations during live sessions, including pit stops and setup adjustments.
• Logistics: Oversee vehicle transport logistics across Europe and internationally, collaborating with the Technical Director.
• Workshop Management: Maintain an organized and efficient workshop environment.
• Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of high-performance vehicle systems, suspension tuning, tire management, and optimization.
• Basic understanding of advanced electronic systems like steer-by-wire and brake-by-wire, with experience in MoTeC systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in a professional racing environment.
• Diploma or certification in automotive or mechanical engineering.
• Interest in autonomous driving technologies and innovation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
