The role is part of our Gastro Dietetic Team, which includes an ACP post, four Band 7 Dietitians, seven Band 6 Dietitians, a Band 5 Dietitian, and three Dietetic assistants. Our team supports patients across medical gastroenterology, colorectal, and general surgery. You will be part of the wider Salford dietetic team, comprising nearly 70 members across acute and community services.

Your responsibilities include working with the UGI MDT to provide holistic care for patients diagnosed with UGI cancer and benign conditions. The role involves off-site clinics, inpatient caseload management, MDT and Dietetic clinics, and opportunities to develop skills in managing enteral and parenteral nutrition. Flexibility, good communication skills, and experience in acute and outpatient settings are essential.
