Specialist Teaching Assistant

A lovely school in Slough is seeking a full-time Specialist Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing 1-on-1 or small group support to children with learning difficulties such as ASD, Asperger’s, OCD, Dyslexia, language difficulties, and speech impediments.
2. Making a positive impact by supporting children with their academic and personal goals.
3. Assisting the class teacher and absorbing their knowledge and advice.
4. Supporting the daily classroom activities, including tidying up, preparing lessons, and supervising students.
5. Working within a multidisciplinary team and engaging with various techniques and therapies.
