Pathway Trust is seeking a Specialist Teaching Assistant at Downend School to support literacy and numeracy through targeted small-group and 1:1 interventions. • Experience with SEND interventions and commitment to ongoing CPD.

• Lead small group work and 1:1 intervention sessions focused on literacy and numeracy.
• Monitor student responses and progress toward learning targets.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan effective support and maintain special needs records.
