Salary: £95 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)

As a Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with additional needs, helping them thrive both academically and emotionally. Your tailored support will ensure every child feels valued, understood, and empowered to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide focused support to students with additional learning or behavioural needs.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering effective lessons and personalised learning plans.
• Work one-to-one or in small groups to support academic, social, and emotional development.
• Help create a positive, inclusive environment where every student feels valued.
• Support classroom organisation, behaviour management, and lesson preparation.

Criteria for Applicants:

• Proven experience working as a Specialist or Teaching Assistant.
• A genuine passion for helping students grow, achieve, and feel supported.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with pupils and staff.
• Ability to adapt your support to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
• An up-to-date CV (covering the last 10 years with explanations for any gaps).
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education).
