No prior care experience is necessary, as we provide full support. Upon joining Eden Futures, you will be paid during a comprehensive Induction Programme, including face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing experienced team members. We will support you in completing your Care Certificate and obtaining a nationally recognized Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or a relevant field, in partnership with Paragon Skills.
*Roles are paid at an hourly rate of £12.70, which equates to an annual salary of approximately £27,734.40 based on a 42-hour week. The annual salary is for illustrative purposes only. NLW applies and will be pro-rata based on contracted hours.
This is a full-time contracted position, with shifts that may vary across days, nights, and weekends, offering flexibility to accommodate your commitments.
Our application process
