Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting for a Specialist Support Worker at a Nottingham residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities. You will provide high-quality support, promote independence and wellbeing, and follow care plans to help individuals achieve greater independence.

The role requires 12-hour day and night shifts, averaging 42 hours per week, with a permanent full-time contract. We offer training, pension, meals on duty, parking, and a generous leave entitlement.

Formación

• At least 12 months' experience in adult social care in the UK
• Experience supporting individuals with autism
• Experience supporting mental health needs or behaviours of concern
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work both day and night shifts

Desirable

• NVQ/RQF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
• Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience
• Residential care experience

• Permanent full-time contract

• 12-hour shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
