About the Role
As a Specialist SLT, you will:
Deliver tailored speech and language interventions for autistic learners, guided by the SCERTS Framework.
Utilize AAC tools such as PECS, Makaton, and speech-generating devices to enhance communication.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to design individualized support plans.
Contribute to Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) development and review.
Support learners' sensory integration needs and emotional regulation strategies.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Holds a degree in Speech and Language Therapy and is HCPC registered.
Brings experience supporting autistic children in educational or therapy settings.
Has strong knowledge of evidence-based communication strategies.
Excels in multidisciplinary collaboration and is passionate about making a real difference.
Is compassionate, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
