Job summary

New Directions Education is recruiting for a specialist SEND school in Cheadle, Stockport, seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team. The role focuses on pupils aged 11-19 with severe and profound learning difficulties, PMLD, autism, and complex communication needs.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting complex SEND, particularly SLD/PMLD and autism, with the ability to adapt learning and communicate effectively.
