Job summary
Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in West London is seeking an experienced SEND Support Practitioner to work with learners with PMLD, complex medical needs, and autism. This specialist role requires competency in personal care, manual handling, medication administration, and PEG feeding, within a supportive multidisciplinary team to help learners thrive and achieve their individual outcomes.

Qualifications
- Trained in personal care, moving and handling, medication administration and PEG feeding.
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and inclusive education practice.
- Experience supporting learners with SEND, PMLD, and complex needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialist support to learners with PMLD and complex SEND needs.
- Deliver high-quality personal care while maintaining dignity and privacy.
- Administer prescribed medication in line with health plans.
- Support learners requiring PEG feeding and other healthcare interventions.
- Undertake manual handling with hoists, slings, wheelchairs and equipment.
- Support learners in communication using Makaton, PECS, AAC or Intensive Interaction.
- Assist learners in accessing educational, sensory, therapeutic and life-skills activities.
