Job Title: Band 6 Specialist School Nurse

We are working with a local NHS Trust seeking a Band 6 Specialist School Nurse to join their team in Barking.

Rate of pay: £26p/h Umbrella

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9-5 or 8:30-4:30

Contract: 3-month initial contract with the possibility of extension

Location: Attending SEN schools across Barking

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the complex health needs of students attending special schools
• Implementing care plans
• Conducting staff awareness sessions and developing competencies

Requirements:

• Registered Children's Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
• Experience working with children and young people with SEN and complex medical needs
