A regional healthcare trust in Grimsby is seeking a Biomedical Scientist for its Pathology department. The role includes processing pathology samples, performing investigations, and interpreting results. A vacancy within Pathology – Blood Sciences at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby. Biomedical Scientist grade depends on qualifications, experience and potential. After training, will work across all laboratory sections: Clinical Chemistry, Haematology, Coagulation and Blood Transfusion. Analytical equipment includes Roche Cobas c8000, Sysmex XN 2000, Werfen ACL TOP and Bio‑Rad IH‑500.
Biomedical scientist required to have good communication and keyboard skills, ability to work under pressure, work independently once fully trained, and participation in 24hr shift service required.
