We are seeking a Specialist Product & Trade (Field based) for the North of England, to work closely with our sales and marketing teams, visiting retail partners, providing product training, and building relationships to grow our brand presence and sales in the UK market.

Responsibilities include:

• Becoming an expert in your assigned product category and promoting our brand confidently.
• Planning visit cycles, providing product training, supporting merchandising, and maintaining POS displays.
• Reporting on market activities, competitor actions, and customer feedback to HQ.
• Utilizing your network to secure listings and increase sales.
• Engaging with consumers at events and creating social media content with retail partners.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the consumer products industry, with training experience a plus.
• Strong relationship-building skills with retail staff and customers.
• Ability to analyze sales data and leverage KPIs.
• Willingness to travel daily across the region, including weekends, with a valid driver’s license and passport.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills in English.
