We are seeking a Specialist Product & Trade (Field based) to work in the North of England, including Leeds and Manchester. The role involves visiting retail partners, building relationships, providing product training, merchandising, and supporting sales growth. The candidate will specialize in a specific product category, analyze sales data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence and revenue.

Responsibilities include:

• Becoming an expert in your product category and promoting the brand confidently.
• Planning visit cycles and providing product training and support.
• Maintaining merchandising standards and POS displays.
• Reporting on market activity and competitor insights.
• Using your network to secure listings and drive sales.
• Participating in events and creating social media content to increase brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• Experience in consumer products industry, with training experience a plus.
