Job summary
In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering new models of care through transformation that meets the needs of our community. You will contribute to shaping this vision and positively impact the experiences of our patients in Brent's diverse community.
You will provide day-to-day specialist clinical care in a supported environment within a dynamic team, serving a diverse patient group. Your role will include embedding biomechanics within the service across our caseloads and supporting operational management duties as part of the Clinical Team Lead.
Providing professional leadership daily, you will ensure patient needs are central to care delivery and uphold high standards of clinical care within your designated area.
You will demonstrate effective leadership and excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to teach and inspire colleagues through reflective practice, clinical demonstration, and leadership.
