Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Community Stroke and Neurological Conditions team. We are looking for a band 6 Physiotherapist to join the multi-disciplinary team working with Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Specialist Nurses, Rehab Assistants and a Psychologist. The posts will rotate between Early Supported Discharge service for stroke, Community Neuro Service and Outpatient Neuro Clinic.

Main duties of the jobIndependent management of a designated caseload of patients requiring specialist neurological rehabilitation.
Demonstrate a commitment to keeping up to date with developments in evidence-based practice and ensuring delivery of high-quality care to all patients on the caseload.
Effective prioritisation of clinical and administrative duties to meet the needs of the service.
