We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our Neuro-Rehab team in Milton Keynes. This role involves providing specialist neurological care and rehabilitation for individuals with progressive or acquired neurological conditions. Our care home is expanding its services with a new SMD floor outpatient service following the success of our other centre location. The successful candidate will work with patients who have conditions such as traumatic and acquired brain injuries, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, allowing for flexibility in working hours.

Responsibilities:

As a Physiotherapist, you will participate as a full member of the multidisciplinary team in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual treatment and rehabilitation plans, liaising with other relevant agencies as appropriate. You will complete rehabilitation and maintenance programmes for residents with varied neurological and progressive conditions, communicate with relatives and carers with empathy, providing information, support, and advice regarding treatment plans. Additionally, you will be an active member of the multi-disciplinary team and provide advice and support to staff by teaching relevant techniques to safely implement treatment plans.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience utilizing an evidence-based, patient-centred approach to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment plans
