A healthcare provider in Harrogate is seeking a Specialist Physiotherapist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves delivering physiotherapy interventions, including therapeutic trampolining and hydrotherapy, for students with complex needs. Candidates must have at least 2 years of clinical experience and a degree in Physiotherapy. This position offers the chance to support diverse student needs and enhance professional skills within a collaborative environment.
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Specialist Physiotherapist to deliver a range of physiotherapy interventions, including therapeutic trampolining, hydrotherapy, and other evidence-based treatments, for a diverse caseload of students with complex needs. This position will provide temporary cover for maternity leave within the team. This is a key role in ensuring high quality, person-centred physiotherapy that promotes functional ability, independence, and the wellbeing of young people.
You will carry out comprehensive assessments to develop and deliver effective, evidence-based programmes tailored to the needs, abilities, and aspirations of each student, while ensuring programmes are appropriate, measurable, and cost-effective.
You will provide specialist advice, guidance, and training to colleagues, parents, and external professionals, supporting a collaborative approach to meeting students needs.

Salary: £19.73 per hour, £37,960.52 per annum

This role provides support, advice, and guidance to our colleagues andother professionals, whilst also delivering training, coaching and mentoring tostaff and parents and support the development of other PTs and student PTswithin the service. They will provide support and supervision for juniorPhysiotherapy Therapists and Therapy assistants and will deputise for Lead PTas required.
