Job Title: Specialist Occupational Therapist

Location: Overton School, Shropshire SY8 4AD

Salary: Up to £53,200 (pro rata, DOE)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent, Term Time only. (Potential for full-time 52 weeks, contact us to discuss)

We support your Continued Professional Development with a £2,000 training allowance for role-specific training tailored to your needs.

We seek an experienced Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team, contributing to assessment and intervention plans for individuals with complex needs, including neurodiversity and trauma.

About The Role

If you're an experienced clinician interested in transformative work with neurodiverse populations and complex trauma, join Outcomes First Group! You will develop OT therapeutic services for individuals with varying needs, many with autism or related conditions, using systemic and formulation-based approaches.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team including Speech and Language Therapists, Psychotherapists, and other professionals, adopting a holistic approach to care, education, and clinical services.

Essential Criteria
  • Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification
  • Registered with HCPC and RCSLT or RCOT
  • Awareness of Sensory Integration or Sensory regulation approaches
  • Experience working with children and/or adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, or additional needs such as trauma or mental health issues
  • Ability to collaborate with key partners
  • Sensitivity and conflict resolution skills
