This is an ideal role for a pharmacist wanting to work in Nutrition and Intestinal Failure in a nationally designated specialist centre. This role would enable you to develop your clinical knowledge and skills and to work with a very motivated wider multidisciplinary team for both inpatients and homecare patients.
The post-holder will undertake a number of duties, and in particular duties focussed on clinical nutrition:
