NHS Scotland is seeking a registered nurse to join the Dermatology Specialist Nursing team in NHS Tayside. The successful candidate will provide Nurse-led services and manage in-patient Dermatology Care across various locations, requiring a strong background in Dermatology. Candidates will receive support for further education and professional development.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse to join the Dermatology Specialist Nursing team in NHS Tayside. You will be involved in the delivery of a variety of Nurse-led services and in-patient Dermatology Care.
We are looking for an individual to work as part of the Specialist nursing team based in Ninewells, although you will be expected to work across more than one site. You must have experience of working in Dermatology and preferably in-depth knowledge and skills in the assessment and management of Leg Ulceration. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, as is the ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and evidence of continuous professional development.
Candidates requiring further education will be supported and practice supervised to develop their competence and confidence to fulfill the duties of a Specialist Nurse across the four pillars of practice for advanced practice. It is an expectation that as a trainee you will successfully achieve the required qualifications within the first 18 to 24 months of appointment.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the NMC Register.

Hours of work are: 37hrs/week but 30 hours would be considered, Monday - Sunday.
