Job summary

Chanel is seeking a Specialist, Nature Programmes based in London to join an international team at the intersection of sustainability, business strategy and on-the-ground implementation. You will support a diverse portfolio of nature projects—from design and frameworks to implementation and impact measurement—and travel occasionally to Paris.

Qualifications

• Foundational experience supporting environmental, agricultural and/or development projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear insights.
• Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage time effectively, structure processes and deliver high-quality work across multiple priorities.
• Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn, adapt, and navigate emerging topics in a fast-evolving field.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from methodology development to design, implementation and impact measurement.
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams, suppliers, NGOs and implementation partners to drive action and impact.
• Generate insights and evidence to guide decisions, track progress and demonstrate value of nature programmes.

Job description

Specialist, Nature Programmes

• Join a collaborative, international team working at the intersection of sustainability, business strategy, and on-the-ground implementation.
• Gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects spanning forests, water resilience, regenerative agriculture, and sustainable sourcing.
• Play a hands-on role in supporting projects from the development of methodologies and frameworks to supporting teams in project design, implementation and impact measurement.
• Report to the Senior Manager for Nature Programmes in the Global Sustainability team and support programmes by regularly engaging with colleagues across sustainability, wider internal functions, and external partner organisations.
• Based in London, with occasional travel, particularly to Paris.
