Specialist Mentor Mental Health

Description

Randstad Student Support seeks highly qualified Specialist Mentors to provide comprehensive academic and well-being support to the University of West London with disabilities or mental health conditions. This hybrid role, commencing September 2025, requires both in-person and online sessions tailored to individual student needs. Mentors will guide students in time management, task breakdown, stress management, and confidence-building, fostering independent learning and adherence to the DfE framework for DSA-funded students. This is a crucial role and we are actively seeking qualified candidates to expedite the hiring process.

  • Position: Specialist Mentor
  • Shift: Hybrid; flexible scheduling to accommodate student needs.
  • Salary: £28 per hour + £3.38 accrued holiday pay.
  • Location: Portsmouth Universities/Colleges.
