Key Responsibilities Support the onboarding process for clients and therapists, including processing intake forms and documentation. Collect and manage feedback forms from clients and therapists. Maintain organised records and databases related to therapy sessions and client interactions. Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of operations. Communicate professionally and sensitively with clients, therapists, and other team members. Respond to email and phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and meeting minutes as required. Support fundraising and awareness campaigns through administrative assistance.
