Job Description:

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Specialist Learning Coach – Sixth Form to join our Strode’s College team starting September 2025. This is a permanent, term-time only position.

Role Overview:

The role involves supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Difficulties to access the Level 3 Sixth Form curriculum through academic support and interventions. The coach will promote independence and skills development, helping students achieve their goals and progress to their next steps.
