CloudBees is seeking a Senior Specialist, IT Operations to lead EMEA and Global Support initiatives from London. This full-time, hybrid role combines on-site collaboration with global teams to ensure reliable production, incident response, and governance across our software delivery platforms.

You will partner with engineering, security, and customer operations to optimize performance, drive process improvements, and uphold service levels for CloudBees customers worldwide in a fast-paced startup

Job Title: Senior Specialist, IT Operations (EMEA & Global Support)

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Hybrid - London, UK (3 days on-site per week)
