Job summary

Rentokil Initial is hiring a Specialist Hygiene Technician to deliver hygiene cleaning across diverse environments with full training provided. The role covers Northampton, Warwick and surrounding areas, with a standard 40-hour week and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated, reliable and proactive.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• Be capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
• DBS check may be required depending on the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide hygiene cleaning services across environments, including biohazard cleaning and infection control.
• Work as part of an on-call rota (typical twice a quarter) and react to changing workloads.
• Offer advice to customers and maintain professional image and service quality.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold standards at all times.
