Rentokil Initial is seeking a Specialist Hygiene Technician at the Bristol branch, covering Plymouth, Exeter and surrounding areas. No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided.

You will manage your own schedule, solve customer problems in person, and contribute to industry-leading hygiene services. The role involves reactive cleaning across environments, on-call duties, and delivering exceptional customer service with a professional image.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
• Self-motivated, reliable and proactive
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
• Be capable of working at heights and in confined spaces
• DBS check may be required depending on role

Responsibilities

• Provide hygiene cleaning services across environments and premises, with full training provided
• Work reactively in a fast-paced business where work changes weekly
• On-call rota typical twice a quarter
• Offer valuable advice to customers when required
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image
