We are looking for pharmacists to join our team in Perth & Kinross, with positions available in both rural and city locations.
NHS Tayside has been at the forefront of developing the General Practice clinical pharmacy role since 1997. The well-established, patient-centred service aims to maximise the skills of our pharmacy professionals, who are an integral part of General Practice healthcare.
We aim for excellence within our teams, supporting staff to achieve their full potential through robust training and development frameworks.
We are a friendly, sociable, and forward-thinking team with excellent peer support networks locally, across Tayside, and Scotland.
The role will be community-based, primarily spent in GP practices, but may also involve working in environments such as pharmacy hubs, community hospitals, care homes, and patients' homes, with an emphasis on high-quality pharmaceutical care.
As a pharmacist within NHS Tayside, you will be supported in developing your professional practice and clinical skills, aligned with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society Core Advanced Pharmacist Practice Framework. Opportunities for postgraduate study may be available where appropriate.
Applications are welcome from pharmacists working in any sector.
We have vacancies in Perth City and Kinross. Full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.
