Band 6/7* Clinical Pharmacist/Senior Clinical Pharmacist *depending on clinical experience
We are seeking to recruit a Pharmacist to join our Mental Health and Substance Use Pharmacy Team working across a variety of clinical settings. The post holder will be based at Carseview Centre, Dundee, although there may be opportunity for rotation across multiple Mental Health & Substance Use services across Tayside.
This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join us in a Band 7 Senior Pharmacist role, or for a Band 6 Clinical Pharmacist to work towards a Band 7 Senior Pharmacist role on a progression pathway.
As an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, you will deliver a patient-centred, safe, and effective Clinical Pharmacy Service to In-Patient and Community Mental Health Services with the support of the Mental Health and Substance Use Pharmacy Leadership Team.
There is a requirement to contribute to the on-call, weekend, and public holiday rotas as per service requirements.
