Job summary

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Educational Psychologist to contribute to Mindworks. The role focuses on whole school approaches, collaboration with MHSTs, and joint work with Children and Young People Services to promote emotional well-being.

You will work alongside a team of EPs, with monthly supervision and half-term CPD days, and engage in preventative, multi-systemic work bridging health and education sectors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver three types of work: with schools, within linked MHSTs, and on whole Surrey programmes.
• Facilitate systemic change with school leaders using consultation approaches and a range of psychological frameworks.
• Collaborate with health and education colleagues to improve the lived experience of everyone in a school community.
