Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Dietitian to join the Community Adult Eating Disorder Service on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. The role involves delivering specialist dietetic input for adults with eating disorders, including the FREED pathway, in community and acute settings, with remote working considered.

Qualifications

Specialist dietetic assessment, diagnosis and treatment for adults with eating disorders in the community.
Formulate and deliver treatment programmes using evidence-based practice.
Collaborate with partner organisations and multidisciplinary teams to support care.

Responsibilities

Lead the EPUT Eating Disorders Nutrition and Dietetics provision for the north team in the Community Adult Eating Disorder Service.
Provide specialist dietetic assessment, diagnosis and treatment for adults in the community (including FREED pathway).
Offer expert nutritional advice and information to health and social care professionals, clients and carers.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate specialised dietetic interventions in community and inpatient settings.
Develop and deliver patient-centred treatment programmes using evidence-based guidelines.
