Job summary

Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Eating Disorder Practitioner to join the East locality, covering Nelson and surrounding areas. You will undertake specialist assessment, provide therapeutic work and contribute to physical health care within a multidisciplinary team.

You should be an excellent communicator and team player with a caring and innovative approach. The post offers 37.5 hours per week and flexible working to fit service needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in eating disorders across age range is desirable.
• Willingness to develop knowledge and skills in this field.

Responsibilities

• Undertake specialist assessment and therapeutic work for people with eating disorders.
• Provide physical health care and monitoring as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support children and adults and families.
