Introduction
Are you a compassionate Dietitian with experience working with people with mental illness and/or learning disabilities? Join Ty Glyn Ebwy as a Specialist Dietitian.
As a Specialist Dietitian, you will support service users within the hospital’s secure mental health and learning disabilities services with a range of conditions, working as part of a multi-professional team.
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the dietetic service across the hospital, supporting the implementation of the Hospital’s Nutrition and Hydration Strategy, and helping people make healthier choices regarding eating and drinking.
With experience managing a caseload, you will conduct assessments, plan and implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes aligned with care plans.
This role offers opportunities for clinical supervision and training to enhance your skills and development.
You will be supported by a network of healthcare professionals and have access to various training courses to support your career growth.
This is initially a 0.4 WTE permanent role, with support from the current lead dietitian.
