Job summary

Routes Healthcare is seeking a Female Complex Care Assistant to provide dedicated 1-2-1 care in clients' own homes in Middleton. The role includes managing complex health needs with support for tracheostomy, ventilation and PEG feeding, following detailed care plans.

You will work either solo or in a two-person team on double-up packages, maintaining accurate records and communicating with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK without employer support.
• Minimum 6 months paid care experience in the UK, with complex care preferred.
• Commitment to completing specialist training in complex care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-2-1 complex care in clients' own homes.
• Support clients with tracheostomy, ventilation and respiratory needs.
• Manage medications and clinical observations.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals.
