Job summary

Routes Healthcare is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to provide dedicated, specialist care to clients with long-term health needs at home. You will work in clients' own residences, delivering 1-2-1 support and following care plans developed by our clinical team.

The role includes managing complex needs such as tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG feeding, and regular clinical observations, with full training and supervision provided.

Qualifications

• 6+ months UK care experience
• Right to work in the UK (no employer sponsorship)
• Willingness to complete specialist training in complex care

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-2-1 care in clients' own homes.
• Follow detailed care plans created by the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate care records and clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and the care team.
